Gracelynn started her pageantry journey in 2020 when she competed in Miss Placer Valley and was second runner up and an ambassador. She then took her pageant aspirations to the state level and competed in the 2021 Miss California Teen USA pageant, the state competition in CA to advance to Miss Teen USA. At the 2021 pageant, Gracelynn received the Girlbossing Inc. community impact award for her work in her community with her platform. She then competed at Miss NorCal Teen USA 2022, a prelim to Miss CA Teen USA. She placed top 5 and also won Teen Media Queen for her social media efforts. Gracelynn is thrilled to be coming back to compete in the Miss CA Teen USA pageant in June 2022. Her platform remains the same across the board. Gracelynn's platform is called Pause for Paws, which is centered around advocating for and supporting animals in shelters and humane societies. Gracelynn believes in her heart that since animals don't have a voice, we have to be their voices for them and fight for their wellbeing. Since the age of 5, Gracelynn has conducted annual fundraisers where instead of birthday gifts she collects dog and cat food to donate to the humane society
